Open Call: PRIDE 2025

May & June

For this Call for Art, The Gallery at Union Coffee is seeking work that celebrates the beauty, diversity, struggle or cultural significance of the LGBTQ+ Community in our world.

In PRIDE, we are encouraging artists to submit work that interprets the theme in possibly broad and unconventional ways - through color, medium, subject matter, or unique artist perspective.  We will consider work that reflects the historical significance or challenges faced in the journey towards equality, those that reflect the current climate as it pertains to the queer community, as well as those that highlight the beauty and triumphs of the LGBTQ+ community throughout history.  In addition, submissions by artists who express that they identify as part of the community will also be considered.

Works in all mediums will be considered and sculpture will be considered given space restrictions of the shop.

This show marks 4 years of art at Union Coffee, with our first ever group show titled We are Pride 2021.  It coincides with the New Hope Celebrates Pride Week and Parade (May 17th) and Pride Month in June, recognized nationwide.
